Be Involved!
We are a community focussed event and we can facilitate your company, group, organisation, event or activity in a way like no other. Because of our history we have an unusual access agreement with the Claudelands Event Centre and we can offer you an opportunity like no other.
We would love to talk with you to see how we can work together, towards a mutually beneficial partnership. The more time we have to plan together, the easier it is for everyone, so send us an email with your details and we'll give you a call.
Exhibitors
We have a variety of sections at our show, and we like to keep our exhibitors grouped together that makes sense to the public. For example, you might fit in the Healthy Waikato Expo or the Cultural Village. Each area has it's own coordinator, so if you send an email with your name, phone number and some information about what you're about we can put you in touch with the right coordinator and give you the best possible fit.
Volunteer
We are a non-profit organisation, which means that any money raised goes straight back into the following show. We have many different positions available both leading up to the event and on the actual days where we require the assistance of people like you that want to help out. You can look out for positions on the Volunteering Waikato website, or send an email with your details and we'll be in contact.
